Nervous about mailing your key card? We built the whole process around that.
- Tracked in both directions. Add your inbound tracking number to your order the day you ship, and we email you return tracking the day it leaves us.
- You know the moment it arrives. We email you when your card is checked in, when your proof is ready, and when it ships.
- Surface-only engraving. The laser marks the top layer of the card. It never cuts into the card, and nothing is engraved until you have approved the design.
- Keep driving. Most owners use their phone key or their second card while theirs is with us. Nothing about your car changes.

Questions
Good to know before you order
Do I have to send you my actual key card?
Yes. We engrave the card you already own. Pay first, then you get the mailing address and an order number to include in the package. Don't mail anything until you have that number.
Will my card still work after engraving?
Laser engraving marks the top surface layer of the card. We do not cut into the card. Because every card is customer-supplied and permanently changed, you accept the terms in step 5 before paying.
How long does it take?
Typical turnaround is 2 to 4 business days after your card arrives, plus mail time each way. Custom and uploaded designs get a proof by email first; once you approve it, engraving and return shipping follow the same timeline.
What can you engrave?
Text, initials, logos, line art and geometric patterns work best. Photographs and very fine detail may need to be simplified. If we change anything about your design, you see and approve a proof before we touch the card.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, any time before engraving starts. Once the laser has started on your card the work is custom and permanent, so it can't be refunded. Cards that haven't been engraved yet can be returned to you at your request.
