Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to trash bin cleaning services provided by EBS Brevard — Environmental Bin Solutions ("EBS," "we," "us") in Brevard County, Florida. By booking service you agree to them.
Service
- Each visit includes cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing of up to two curbside containers (trash, garbage, or recycling carts). Additional containers can be added at checkout or by contacting us.
- Service is scheduled around your regular trash collection day. Bins must be empty and at the curb on the scheduled day. If bins are unavailable, blocked, or not empty, we will attempt to reschedule; repeated missed visits may be charged.
- Severe weather may delay service. We will notify you and complete the visit as soon as conditions allow.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Recurring plans (Monthly, Every Two Months) bill automatically through Stripe at the listed rate until paused or canceled. One-time cleanings are billed once.
- There are no long-term contracts. You may pause or cancel anytime by phone or text at 321-984-4141. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund visits already completed.
- Promotional discounts (such as first-visit offers) apply as described at checkout.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we will re-clean the bins at no additional charge. If you are still unsatisfied after the re-clean, we will refund that visit.
Responsibility
- We treat your property with care. Our equipment captures wastewater on board; nothing is discharged onto your property or into storm drains.
- Bins with pre-existing damage, paint, or permanent staining may not restore to like-new condition; cleaning removes grime, residue, and odor-causing buildup.
- Our liability for any claim relating to a service visit is limited to the amount paid for that visit.
