EBS Brevard — Environmental Bin Solutions ("EBS," "we," "us") provides trash bin cleaning services in Brevard County, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through ebsbrevard.org and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Booking details you provide: name, phone number, email address, service address, number of bins, and any notes you add (such as gate codes or access instructions). We use these only to schedule and perform your service.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our website and we never see or store them. Stripe's handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Basic technical data: our website may store small preferences in your browser (localStorage) so forms work smoothly. We also use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool that collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, clicks, and device type. See the Microsoft Clarity section below.
How we use your information
- To schedule, perform, and confirm bin cleaning service
- To send service reminders and completion confirmations by text or email
- To respond when you contact us
- To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal information.
- We never store card numbers, passwords, or payment credentials on our website.
- We do not send marketing spam. Messages from us relate to your service.
Service providers we share data with
To run our business we share the minimum necessary information with: Stripe (payments and subscriptions), our form-delivery and scheduling providers (to route your booking to our team), Google (address autocomplete suggestions, if you use them), and Microsoft (website analytics through Clarity). Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
Microsoft Clarity & website analytics
Environmental Bin Solutions uses Microsoft Clarity to help us understand how visitors use and interact with our website. Clarity may collect information about website activity, such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, device and browser information, and general interaction with our website. This information may be collected through cookies and similar technologies and may include session recordings and analytics.
We use this information to understand how our website is being used, identify problems, improve the booking experience, and make our website easier for customers to use.
Microsoft may collect or receive information from visitors through our use of Microsoft Clarity and may use this information in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement, including to provide and improve Microsoft services and for advertising-related purposes.
We take steps to prevent sensitive customer information from being intentionally captured through our analytics tools. Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider and is not intended to be recorded by Microsoft Clarity.
Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you may have choices regarding cookies, analytics technologies, and the collection of your information. You may also use browser privacy settings and other available opt-out tools to limit certain types of tracking.
